个人简介 Biography

黎明,北京大学化学与分子工程学院博士后。2017年本科毕业于北京大学(导师:彭海琳 教授),2022年获北京大学物理化学专业理学博士学位(导师:彭海琳教授),2022—至今,先后在半导体工业界、学术界及海外从事产线研发及基础研究,多项研究成果已转化落地。
主要从事光刻技术、电镜成像、二维材料交叉学科研究,研究方向为“超分辨率光刻技术及电镜成像”,以一作身份,在Nature Methods, Nature Materials, Nature Chemical Engineering, Nature Communications, JACS 等期刊上发表论文15 篇;授权中国专利及国际专利11 项。代表性研究成果被Nature Materials、Nature Methods等期刊进行了亮点报道,被《人民日报》、《人民网》、《光明日报》、《科技日报》、《South China Morning Post》、《Global Times》等国内外媒体的广泛报道和关注。研究成果被全球300 多个科研团队及知名企业采购和试用,并被工信部纳入鼓励推广应用的产品目录(2025 年本)。
