个人简介 Biography

彭海琳,北京大学博雅特聘教授,新基石研究员,国家杰青,教育部长江学者,万人领军,中国化学会会士。主要从事面向芯片的二维材料物理化学研究,致力于发展“后摩尔时代”二维电子材料(石墨烯、铋基二维材料)与新型器件,取得了系统性和创新性成果:创制出性能超越硅基的铋基二维材料与晶体管器件;基于表界面调控揭示了AB量子干涉及偶数量子霍尔新效应;实现了晶圆级二维电子材料规模化制备及装备研制,部分产品已应用。 已发表论文300余篇(含Science和Nature及子刊50余篇)。其创新成果被载入多部英文专著,被国际同行评价为“二维电子学发展的里程碑”,入选了“中国半导体十大研究进展”(2023年、2025年)与“中国芯片科学十大进展”(2023年)。撰写中文专著3部。授权专利90余项,石墨烯晶圆及电镜载网等部分成果已经推广应用,相关产品入选中关村论坛—国际技术交易大会《百项新技术新产品榜单》。主持基金委卓越研究群体项目(B类),担任国家重点研发计划首席科学家;曾获国家杰出青年科学基金、教育部长江学者特聘教授、中组部万人计划领军人才、教育部自然科学一等奖、教育部青年科学奖、Small Young Innovator Award、国家自然科学二等奖、科学探索奖、新基石研究员等荣誉。现任北京大学化学与分子工程学院院长、北京大学纳米科技中心主任、国家纳米科学中心副主任(兼)、北京分子科学国家研究中心副主任、九三学社北京大学主委。
